With a stunning waterfront position this delightful terraced property refurbished in 2018 is arranged over three floors. The living area on the ground floor has amazing views and large glazed doors opening out onto a terrace where you can enjoy a morning coffee and breathe in the sea air. Some previous guests have even cast a line off the terrace and caught their supper A second sitting roomsnug on the first floor enjoys more estuary views and opens onto a larger terrace perfect for a lazy breakfast whilst you plan your day. A beautifully presented holiday house the perfect choice for a seaside holiday to remember.\n\nThe coastline in both directions offers some of the most breathtaking scenery in the West Country and there are many long sandy beaches and hidden coves to explore. Appledore with its cobbled streets and bustling quayside is ideally placed to explore this glorious location. Just a short walk away is a vast array of popular village pubs restaurants cafés and shops there really is something to please everyone. You can take the ferry to Instow which is on the opposite side of the estuary with its sandy beach bars and restaurants and the wide golden sandy beach of Northam Burrows. \n\nWestward Ho popular with surfers is just 1 mile away. Bideford Exmoor Clovelly and Hartland Quay are close by and the area is a must for water sports sailing enthusiasts and fishermen. Walkers and cyclists will enjoy the famous Tarka Trail which passes close by. Young and old will enjoy crabbing off the quay and golf and horse riding are available locally. For family fun The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Parks are close by and don’t miss the annual Appledore Regatta and the Book Festival. Beach 1 mile.     This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. Attention to detail is second to none and the decor & appliances are the very best quality. We visited with both our sets of elderly parents and chose this property for it’s amazing & ever changing view which even in March was a delight. Appledore is a lovely village with everything you need for your holiday just a short stroll away.

    The inside of the cottage has been tastefully done, but felt it could be better equipped for 8 people, it was minor things that became a pain not enough tall glasses, a 2 slice toaster for 8 adults, no iron board and a hob that was an absolute pain to try and work. The view from both terraces was fantastic but they were in need of a good clean up, the outside furniture was very poor and the slabs were quite weedy. We were 2 adult families and just thought for the money we paid we shouldn't have had any of these issues.

    A very well equipped property in a fantastic location. The view in the morning and evening with a coffee/glass of wine was just beautiful! Food/drink easily obtainable from a load of different places in Appledore and lots to see and do in the surrounding area. We had a great holiday, thank you
