The apartment is well maintained, very clean and well equipped. The location is a good compromise, allowing convenient access to the coast and the Cairgorm National Park. Morrison's supermarket is just down the road and a fifteen minute walk to the town centre provides access to numerous restaurants ans and pubs with good dining. The fridge was thoughtfully provided with milk and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Location on the third floor allows pleasing views of the Cairngorm foothills. All in all a pleasant experience.

Perfect for a couple, very welcoming an many details well thought out. We were informed about the steps leading to the property and they were Ok for us, but might not suit everybody. As we are keen walkers we were delighted to find a lot of information about local walks and outdoor activities.

We enjoyed it very much. It’s a great place to stay on a holiday. The only other thing I would want to say is that it would help if it was advertised that flat 17 was on the 2nd floor. It wasn’t an issue for us but just thought it would help others. Thanks.

Myself and a friend stayed here to use as a base for the Braemar Gathering, it was the perfect size for us and only an hours journey from the games. It was very easy to find espcially if you follow the directions provided once you get into Banchory. There is a private parking space that goes with the apartment and immediately behind you is a set of stairs with a metal gate at the bottom which you go up, turn left and its the next lot of stairs to your immediate right (30 steps in total). The apartment was lovely and clean, it had everything we could need and the beds were so comfortable. The owner called up to see if there were any problems, we had a minor issue with the heaters which he sorted over the phone and could not have been any more helpful. There is a Morrisons superstore 2minutes down the road and a full high street in the other direction with pubs/shops etc.. the location is brilliant. I would definately stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.
