Kris Kin is (or was) a very nice barn conversion in a fantastic location. The place is huge, the kitchen is massive and the underfloor heating is awesome. However, it feels majorly neglected with basic maintenance and attention to detail. Be prepared to bring light bulbs as many are out, especially the oven extractor (we had to use a head torch to cook!). The hot tub is nice but has a leak (according to the visitor book for some time) and therefore you have to keep topping it up and then waiting for it to heat back up only to see the level drop again, frustrating. We had no linen on half the beds and had to wait til the second day to get some. The downstairs wet room is great but again basic maintenance is lacking as there is a shower knob missing. The internet was intermittent at best, hard to plan the next days outings. Overall good value for what we paid, but a few hours and £50 on maintenance would have it back to how it probably once used to be.
