Please note There are turning stairs in the property.\n\nThis large traditional terraced Breton house has been lovingly renovated and has a boutique feel to the spacious bedrooms two of which are en-suite including the one on the ground floor. With high ceilings a light and airy feel and quality fittings throughout this is a wonderful house for families to enjoy. The secluded terraced area is ideal for al-fresco dining. The house is situated only 2km from Lake Guerlédan with its sandy beaches and range of watersports and amenities. A short walk will take you to the village centre where you can pick up your morning baguette or enjoy a meal in one of the restaurants. You could also watch the amazing Son et lumière show at the Bon-Repos abbey situated on the banks of the Nantes-Brest canal or enjoy the farmers’ market in the summer months. Beach 60km.     We had great family holiday, it was very pretty location but you must have a car because there isn't much at all in walking distance. It was clean and you had everything you might need. The only thing i would suggest is a welcome basket as after a long drive to get there not having to go straight back out for food would have made a big difference, espeacilly with children.

    Superb holiday home, beautifully restored, spotlessly clean. It was like a home from home - comfortable and very well supplied. The attached garden looks like it has been professionally landscaped and is a pleasant spot for BBQ's.

    We've just spent a month in what seemed like a boutique hotel rather than a holiday cottage. It was beautifully furnished with top quality linen, had a very well equipped dream of a kitchen and three luxurious bathrooms. The whole place was spacious and airy and we loved the secluded rear patio together with the landscaped garden opposite. The cottage is set in the lovely village of Caurel, where you hear the Church bells, the fish van calls every Tuesday morning and just down the road is a very smart restaurant, serving a mid-day menu of three courses incl. wine for a mere 13-50 euros. We are now looking forward to returning in August for yet another month's holiday there!
