This lovely cottage is in a unique setting, looking over a small lake, so pretty. The countryside around it is lovely.

Fantastic location for a relaxing break, perfect for walking and exploring the local area. Great for dogs too! Relax in the hot tub at the end of the day, looking out at the lake and field. Wonderful.

We had a wonderful week staying in this beautiful property and its surrounding area. The house was very well equipped and maintained and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a beautiful place.

Beautiful barn conversion, lovely quiet location. So good we’ve been twice!

Fantastic stay at Lake View. Everything you could think of is taken care of to a high standard. Prefect communications from the owner, great surroundings out of the garden gate to walk our pooch and made great use of the excellent hot tub. Only thing i'd have like was faster internet but it is very rural so any is a bonus. Will definitely be staying again in the future

Excellent hideaway. Clean great views and a hot tub to soak your cares away.

This was a lovely, private, clean and modern property. It had everything you would need for a break in the country with fantastic farm shops within a couple of miles as well as good pubs for lunch or dinner. The local area is rural countryside littered with picturesque walks and trails. I couldn’t recommend this break enough for either a couple or small family.

Stunning lodge. Peaceful/tranquil surroundings. Spent a magical New Years break here. Only 40 minutes from home but felt like a million miles away.

Had an amazing 6 night stay for Christmas would of stayed longer if the cottage was available. Super Comfortable beds , soaking in the hot tub every evening was fab. spacious lounge kitchen area highly recommended if you like rural countryside dog friendly and garden backs into fields for many walks.

We enjoyed our stay, however we were disappointed to find a very limited amount of crockery at the cottage - 5 pleated in total, no side plates. As a family who enjoy cooking and socialising over dinner this meant washing up after every course. A lovely cottage and location, but we all agreed this was the only factor that let the cottage down.

Absolutely loved everything about this. Most perfect place to spend my anniversary, had everything i needed and so much to do whilst still having a chill holiday! love love love

A wonderfully peaceful location that was perfect for our cocker spaniel. A lovely barn with a very helpful owner. The hot tub was put to good use. The reason I marked some as a 9 was that I feel maybe due to it being later in the season that there will need to be some renewal of items such as crockery. Several plates were chipped and not 4 of everything and one of the garden table chairs was broken which meant, as we were lucky enough to have gorgeous weather, bringing one of the dining room chairs out. Minor things in the scheme of things and it certainly didn`t spoil our enjoyment of Lake View.

Great walks around lake view and surrounding area. Good lock up area for bikes. Cottage exceptionally clean and comfortable. Had some minor issues but owner was always on hand to solve them. I was impressed that she wanted to know of any issues to improve the place. I would definitely stay here again.

Very well kept barn conversion set in lovely grounds. Hot tub was well used as well.
