Great location, clean and tidy with all necessary mod-cons. The only issue we had was the narrow driveway up to the lodge and small parking area. Not ideal for large vehicles I struggled in and out with a 1Series BMW.

Very well equipped comfortable lodge in a great location in a wonderful town in an awesome part of the country. Made welcome by the owners who were on hand should we need anything, but we wanted for nothing, will definitely return for another stay. Highly recommended

What a perfect lodge had everything you could think. We even had croissants and different jams on arrival. In the right location as well. Will definitely go back

This is a little gem in a great private location. All the small things that make a self catering holiday easier have been thought about, dish clothes, enough toilet rolls, dishwasher tablet, washing up liquid, I didn’t have to think about a thing. A beautifully designed lodge and just perfect us . Highly recommended

What a fantastic little lodge at the bottom of the owner's garden tucked away quite neatly so was nicely private too. A fully equipped little hideaway and a great base to explore Cornwall. Loved it!! Definitely recommend it!!!

Great place to stay, perfect accommodation, everything we needed, the only thing which was misleading was 'lakeside lodge ' we were expecting to be right near the lake, although it was across the road, not visible at all , maybe my fault for not reading the location details properly .

We had lovely week staying at Lakeside Lodge, we would highly recommend it! It was clean, comfortable & well positioned. The Lakeside restaurant opposite & the tea rooms through the gardens are well worth a visit - cream teas a must! Was great to be able to walk into Newquay from the accommodation & our welsh terrier enjoyed the dog friendly beaches. Julie was really helpful & proactive, ringing us with directions, nothing was too much trouble. We were lucky with the weather so was great to sit in the outside area & enjoy the sunshine.
