Lovely private cottage and fantastic for dogs. Only thing that lets it down is the showers.

Bit dated and unloved. But large and spacious, in a very secluded area. Good enclosed garden for kids and pets

The house was spacious however, it need a bit of an update. Showers would either stop altogether or change temperature. The blinds in en suite and kitchen came off brackets. Utility room smelt damp. In general the house was a little tired. On the positive, it was in a nice rural location and we all had plenty of room in the bedrooms.

Lovely spacious comfortable accommodation Fantastic enclosed safe garden for our dogs We will definatelty return

Great for families with dogs, plenty of enclosed garden, utility and kitchen space. Lovely lounge and fireplace for evenings. Beaches short drive away and local walk across the road. The house is surrounded by beautiful countryside, situated in a B road so some road noise but this didn’t affect our stay. Lovely private property without any overlooking neighbours. Would recommend to families with dogs.

We had a great couple of days at Laurel Farm - the cottage was comfortable and clean and the location is gorgeous! The charm of the decor reminded us all of stepping back in time and the whole house had a wonderful feel about it. Thank you

A great house with an excellent location and a lovely local pub within walking distance, only down side was the showers which need sorting out as it is always a must to have a decent shower but apart from that we had a lovely time and really enjoyed our stay

A lovely old farmhouse in the middle of nowhere. Large enough to easily fit 6 adults and children with everything you need for a week although could benefit from a little modernisation. Good local walks and a great pub in the village of Banningham. A recommended base for a north Norfolk holiday.

Lovely old quaint cottage with lots of room inside the house and in the gardens. We thought it might be cold but the heating is really good plus the open fire :) Huge amount of crockery and kitchen equipment so no need to keep washing up. We had a really lovely stay here. It is a little dated but that adds to the charm and for the price you can’t complain! Plus it’s very dog-proof which is great! The only thing is there is no WiFi (yet!) and phone signal is poor, we could just about get 3G in the bedrooms. Other than that all good :) Thank you for a lovely holiday

Very cosy farm house. All rooms comfortable. The only negative was down stairs toilet/shower could do with cleaning up a bit. Overall a good week.

We only stayed for 2 nights, which wasn’t long enough!! It was incredibly spacious and the sitting room was very cosy with comfortable large sofas and a large open fire. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery, pots and pans and utensils. The beds were comfy and bathrooms clean. The only slight downside is the lack of a power shower in any of the bathrooms and night storage heaters instead of radiators. The garden is huge and the kids had loads of run running around it. The dining table had enough spaces for the 8 of us that stayed there. It is a bit dated decor wise but it is a beautiful rural farmhouse that I’d definitely recommend
