It is natural that most visitors enjoy spending their holiday outdoors, but if required, the inside of the house has all the equipment and facilities to ’weather the occasional storm’. It has all the features you might expect of a former farmhouse, stone walls, oak beams and a large feature fireplace. The outside area is equally impressive, a large paved terrace area partly covered with vines has more than adequate garden furniture, overlooks the private swimming pool and mature gardens, and has lovely views across the adjoining countryside and farmland. There is a 52 inch plasma screen with home cinema system, DVD and satellite channels. If you tire of lazy days on the terrace and in the pool, there is ample opportunity to visit the still relatively unspoilt area of the northern Dordogne. The beautiful town of Brantôme is a short 12km drive. Golf enthusiasts can find a popular course at Périgueux, approx. 30km. Market days at Ribérac are equally as popular with locals and tourists. Fly via Bergerac or Limoges.
