No smoking.\n This semi-detached house is deceptive from the outside providing spacious accommodation for two families wishing to get together. It provides quality accommodation with a lovely bright extension to the rear which enjoys bi-folding doors opening on to the patio and garden which enjoys views over the fields. Waddington is a picture postcard village with a babbling stream running through the Coronation Gardens in its centre. There are three pubs in the village all serving food and are known in the area as gastro pubs you will be spoilt for choice. Tucked away in the heart of the glorious Ribble Valley at the foot of Waddington Fell it is superbly placed for walking cycling or touring direct from the door. \n\nLingmell is set just 2 miles from the bustling market town of Clitheroe which boasts a castle and both high end and high street shops together with a selection of tea rooms restaurants and bars there really is something for everyone. For an alternative day out venture over into Yorkshire. Skipton is known as the gateway to the Dales and is just half an hour’s drive and from here the majesty of the Dales start.     We had a great stay at Lingmell. The house is perfect for a family gathering. Light and airy and very spacious, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen/dining room especially was a favourite place, with great bi-fold doors out onto the garden and field beyond. The weather was fabulous when we were there so doors were open a lot of the time. Lingmell is ideally situated as you can walk or cycle directly from the house. There are also three village pubs nearby, which all serve great food and drink.
