Would have been great choice if the facilities matched the price. The booking didn't say that security deposit and cleaning fee had to be in cash. Tad unfair as we have to pay exchange fees for the cash and then supposing you get the cash returned you have to pay exchange fees again to change back to original currency. Host was quite aggressive about this. Cleaning fees are extortionate. Although the amount of beds are described accurately the description posts a difference in reality regarding bathrooms. One room had a double bed, a bunk bed and shower in the corner on the ground floor and a further bedroom which has sort of en-suite but misses the mark. The first floor houses 4 double beds 1 toilet and 1 bathroom, which is a nice bathroom and it doubles for an en-suite to the main bedroom which has a glazed door. This is not ideal as potentially you have 8 people needing these facilities. 1 of the beds is in corner of upstairs lounge and in no way private at all. The bed that was put there to boost he number of potential customers, and therefore inflate the price. The bed in the main bedroom was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. The mattress must be very old or cheap as there was a great hollow and sucken part which was extremely bad. The bed frame creaked and knocked every time you moved or turned over, most unpleasant. The frame was damaged prior to our occupancy but come check out the host removed some small mosquito patches and a small section of cheap veneer came away from the frame and he charged us 100 euros to have what he described as re-veneered, which in my experience doesn't happen. Considering the previous damage he must have charged at least 2 other occupancies about the same to repair said frame which clearly didn't get repaired, Bed should have been replaced a long time ago by the looks of previous damage. I have photos. The description describes a BBQ. This is a small cheap kettle BBQ which was extremely dirty and required cleaning, we left it how we found it. For the price the property charges it should have had better. I have rented villas cheaper that this with excellent outdoor BBQ areas. This villa has no area. You have to cook on the gravel on the drive, house rules. The property is shared and noisy at night, description does say that the host uses to property in an annexe at the rear but the annexe is under the main bedroom and the yard is directly underneath window. Very noisy first few night as at silly hours and you can't close the window as too hot and no air-conditioning. I cannot recommend this property for the description of facilities and price. It is overpriced. The lounge was comfortable, kitchen facilities good and pool is really nice, the rest is inadequate. It does have a lovely swimming pool.
