Our second visit to this excellent house. We were 12 adults and 2 children and we love the spacious feel of the whole house. We could all be together but had also space do our own things. The garden is great too.

A beautiful period house full of charm and character in an ideal location. A peaceful holiday in a very quiet country location but close enough to beaches, local attractions and very good restaurants. Ideal for families of various generations or larger groups. Lovely host who was on hand and very helpful.

Just had our 5th visit, booked again for next year already. Walk in feels like home, we all relax, enjoy ourselves and don't want to come home

We really enjoyed our week at Little Barwick. The house is light and airy with large spacious rooms. The gardens are so pretty and well kept. There’s a lot to do around the area which aren’t far by car.

An amazing place that has been kept so well by Amanda and the team. Well stocked , very clean and the gardens are well cared for.

Fabulous house for large groups. Beautifully clean and comfortable and well- equipped. The gardens are just lovely- very large with open views over fields. Lots of lovely areas to sit in,in the sun. The house was very warm- unusual for a large property . The owner was charming, helpful and very discreet. We would thoroughly recommend Sunday lunch at The Duck Inn in the village- perfectly walkable via the back lane by the church. We are just about to book again for next year !

Great house for a family gathering, big rooms, loads of space, big garden for games and relaxing with pleasant views.

We had a fantastic week here celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary as a family. The house is a very relaxing place to be with wide corridors and very spacious rooms. Real fires are always a treat, the huge garden is a real bonus and it’s a very tranquil place to be for people and dogs alike. We enjoyed watching the rabbits and birds, including on a couple of evenings a barn owl quartering the field beyond the garden. If we are ever looking for a house for the whole family again, we’ll be back :-)

We had a lovey family weekend, everyone said they would recommend the house and come back. There were 13 of us in total

Lovely, warm house. Beautiful countryside. Kind and efficient proprietress. We had a wonderful time there and the dogs loved it too.

We love Little Barwick and have stayed for our pre-Christmas gathering for the last 4 years and already booked our fifth. It’s a relaxed property, so you have everything you need and you feel completely comfortable when staying. There are no pathways into the village, this really is our only negative, so when we stay during winter time you are very reliant on using your car. But then to get to the places we visit while there you need a car anyway. It’s a great base for visiting Holt, Burnham Market, Holkham hall and beach and Wells-next-the-sea. The property’s owner is on-site but she is very discreet and very accommodating. A great place to stay if you want space and room to spread out, you want a more traditional property.

Loved it. Have stayed here with our family for our Fake Christmas weekend for two years and have booked it for a third time.

A very lovely house that we have visited twice now. Large bedrooms, warm in the winter, all very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Highly recommendable.
