This modern, semi-detached house was renovated in 2019, is situated on the outskirts of South Milton, with the owners living on-site. It really is a perfect for a coastal getaway. Within a 15-minute drive of the prestigious town of Salcombe and only 1¼ miles away from South Milton Sands, it is in a great location for exploring South Devon. The coastal path is also within easy reach and local, sandy beaches can be found just a 20-minute walk or a short drive away. Beach towels are thoughtfully provided by the owners.As you approach Little Orchard, you will find a walkway to the left of the building leading to the beautiful stable-style front door, looking out onto the green lawns. Inside there is a modern and stylishly designed open plan living space with everything you could need for a comfortable break away. There is seating for two on the sofa for watching the wall-mounted TV and also at the dining table. The well-equipped kitchen area offers a range of appliances including a fridge with freezer box so on those sunny days you can keep your drinks perfectly cold. The living area leads into the master bedroom, complete with a kingsize bed and the added benefit of en-suite facilities. Beach 1¼ miles. Shop and pub 2¾ miles, restaurant 1¼ miles.
