Cottage homely, clean and comfortable. Appreciated the C/H as the weather was cold (as expected for time of year). Very well equipped with everything you need. We found plenty of things to do and enjoyed some lovely walks on the Great Orm. Plenty of restaurants and small Sainsbury’s and M & S within walking distance for stocking up on food. Handy bus service passes along road if you didn’t feel like walking or driving the car. Private parking space very useful and also parking on road.

We had a great week. The house is in a quiet street halfway up the Great Orme. We had no issues with walking into town each day; it would be a problem for those with mobility issues. There are cheap bus and taxi alternatives if you don’t want to use your car. The immaculate house was perfectly equipped. The Great Orme is like a country park with access to some great walking. Llandudno is a quaint town with all the facilities you’re likely to need. Very likely we’ll be coming again.

Excellent accommodation with everything necessary provided. The only thing to be aware of is the extremely steep climb from the town centre and sea front.

We had a lovely, relaxing week. Llandudno itself is charming and further afield we enjoyed visiting Chester, Bodnant Gardens, Llanberis (& the Slate Museum) and Plas Newydd and Menai on Anglesey.
Special mention for HomeCookin' and The Cottage Loaf in Llandudno for eating out.
The roads around the house are very steep and a car is essential unless you're very fit.

Llamedos is a lovely house. It is very clean and tidy and is a home from home with all the essential things you need. There are books dvd's games and toys all available to use and a lovely patio area where you can sit out.
It is situated on the orme which is a hill so you must be prepared for that but hourly buses and taxi's are an option if you are unable to walk far. We will definitely be back.

Very nice place to stay. Good sized living room. En-suite a bit small but with a good sized shower cubicle with electric thermostatic shower. Bathroom a bit dated but roomy enough, could do with a shower attachment. Very steep walk back up from the town, only suitable for fit people. That said, it was always easy to park in the town in the evening, and not too bad during the day.
No real complaints at all.

Lovely place to stay with everything you need for your time there, maybe not ideal for those who are unsteady on their feet due to the steep roads but with off road parking they could always drive, only thing which detracted slightly was the jackdaws roosting nearby but they are better than the seagulls you get at most seaside resorts other than that it was ideal and would definitely stay there again.

Great accommodation. I bit difficult for access on occasions...narrow road and a tight squeeze at times.
We did have a problem with the key safe initially but finally managed to get it open...just before the owner arrived to assist...sorry for wasting a journey for her!
