Nice good sized cottage, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Every home item you need is here and a really nice welcome pack on arrival. Cleaned to a good standard at low level but needs a high level deep clean, lots of dust and cobwebs on beams and stonework, but never impacted our stay, felt at home with furnishings.

Excellent property, very well equipped, peaceful and private. The nearby caravan park and the farm location caused absolutely no problems at all. It was hard to fault but there are a couple of minor points. A sun umbrella would have been welcome as we had some hot days and the outside area is a sun trap. Also some extra towels would have been appreciated. The welcome folder could be expanded. However this is nit picking really because we had a lovely week and the cottage is very spacious and well laid out.

We were really happy with this cottage. Fab little base to visit all sorts of treasures. Nice restaurant and fish and chip shop nearby. Main shops a short drive with all you could need. Welcome pack found in the drawer under the TV. The biscuits and the eggs were thoroughly appreciated. The cottage was really clean and comfy. There was everything we could want and more. Well stocked kitchen, dishwasher worked fabulously - washing machine to. The coffee machine was an extra special treat. The beds were really comfy and the water was always hot. My 15 month old loved running around outside. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely location, really nice owners, very peaceful and such a great base for the coast and Snowdonia. Would recommend to anyone. It was even more perfect for us as my parents need walkers so to have a big bedroom with a wet room and plenty of space on one level it was perfect for us all. Would definitely come back

This cottage is a great base to explore the area. On the inside it is roomy has a well equipped kitchen/ living area. The bathroom and en suite are big and functional. The outside space is a tarmac triangle used by farm machinery. I wouldn’t be completely happy about allowing a pet or child out alone to play. Though I am sure it is something the farm staff check for before using. Overall this is a great base if all you need to do is shower, sleep and cook a meal. There was no welcome pack or gift. I found this strange, specifically the welcome pack. The essential list of petrol stations, supermarkets, eateries etc is something I have had in the numerous other cottages I have stayed in. However any short coming are made up for by the friendliness of everyone on site, the wonderful wildlife and the baby bunnies which played outside every morning.

Was a lovely weekend weather wise, so we were disappointed that the only sitting out area was in the car park at the front and no nice patio furniture or umbrella for shade. The seats at the dining table had no cushions on them so were hard to sit on for any length of time, the dishwasher didn't work so after loading it up we had to unload and hand wash the dishes,no welcome pack which is usually received from other properties or hand soap in the en suite and the bathroom towels had seen better days, just a few little touches missing.

We had a lovely time at the cottage. It was had a nice, private location and was within easy reach of Caernarfon, Snowdonia and the North Wales coast. The cottage was warm and cosy, but could do with a few more lights in the kitchen and we did find quite a few hairs in the bed of the master bedroom. Overall, we had a delightful stay and would happily return in the future.
