    Set by the side of the Caledonian Canal and just a few miles from Fort William, the ‘Outdoor Capital of the UK’, this beautifully presented apartment is perfectly placed for exploring this lovely area. It has its own separate entrance within a small complex of seven. Thoughtfully designed, the apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and offers wonderful accommodation in an exciting area. Fort William makes an excellent holiday base all year round. The town itself provides ample facilities and there is easy access to the magnificent countryside, offering many opportunities for the large number of outdoor pursuits such as mountain biking on the World Championship Course, climbing, sailing, or just relaxing and taking in the scenic beauty of this area. There is an 18-hole golf course, horse riding, go-karting, loch, river and sea fishing, as well as boat trips to see the seals. A trip can be taken on the steam train (seasonal) which was featured in the Harry Potter films. There are plenty of good places in which to eat, and lots of pubs to have a drink in and enjoy unique Highland hospitality. Shops 1 mile, pubs 50 yards.

    Fabulous location great to see all boats going up and down through the locks on the Caledonia Canal The apartment was completely furnished with everything we needed for a 3 week stay Francis was the perfect hostess,helping with ideas for sightseeing trips and good restaurants The apartment is on the ground floor beside a fairly busy street so we did keep the drapes closed

    Superb location and very well equipped. Adequately heated throughout considering the weather and time of year to visit. Extremely welcoming host who provided us with plenty of information about the locality and where to eat.
