Courtyard with garden furniture. \n All properties Electricity bed linen towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Gas BBQ available on request. 18-acre grounds shared with owner and other properties on-site. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note No children under 17 years old except babies under 2 years old. There is a natural water supply from a borehole. There is a lake in the grounds. The properties have a security deposit of £150. Situated in one of South Devon’s most popular areas you will be able to stroll and explore the lovely grounds and adjacent woodland or enjoy some delightful country walks direct from the property. An ideal position for touring South Devon there are some lovely beaches less than 4 miles away as well as the nearby beaches of Teignmouth Exmouth and Torbay. The wild bird sanctuary and reserve at Dawlish Warren is nearby as is rugged Dartmoor a haven for wildlife wild ponies and more strenuous walks.\n\nJasmine ref UK12251 and The Blue House ref UK12255 are both lovely detached bungalows offering spacious airy accommodation set all on one level.     The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was in a good location for car transport but not public transport, reasonably close to shops, and plenty to see and do nearby. The owner was welcoming and helpful.
