Only stayed for three nights but found it clean and cosy. Did find that the shower wasn't great and that the mattress on the double bed was really uncomfortable. But that can be a personal choice. Extremely good location for local amenities and parking.

This cottage is in a fabulous location for exploring this part of Yorkshire; a five minute walk into Richmond, where all amenities are plentiful for eating, drinking and shopping for essentials. The cottage was in a lovely quiet part of Richmond with good parking available. We found all the essential equipment we needed in the cottage to enjoy a relaxing Christmas break, and the bed was really comfortable and really nice white clean bedding and towels available.

Great little cottage but not easy to find. Don’t trust google maps! A little map with the directions would be useful. Would find the cottage a bit small for 4 but was ideal for 2 people. Kitchen was well equipped and good quality appliances. Bathroom needs some attention as towel rail and toilet roll holder only held together by thin nails and kept falling apart! Also the flush on the toilet doesn’t work well. But all in all would definitely recommend.
