This is by far one of the best cottages we have stayed in. Beautiful and thoughtfully decorated and clean throughout. Well equipped and has everything you need. Cant fault it and didn't want to leave.. Situated in a very quiet little village which is an ideal location to explore the amazing and beautiful county of Northumberland and a stone's throw from the wonderful Northumberland coast.... Would love to return to this beautiful place...

Wonderful week in a part of the country we’ve never seen. The cottage is located in the very small, picturesque village of South Charlton and we found it to be a wonderfully quiet. The cottage is beautifully decorated and furnished, truly a home from home, with more than enough room for 6 people spread out in. The local area has plenty to offer and is seeped in history. The castles are fabulous too. Would we come again?..... definitely!
