Another wonderful 2 weeks in a this beautiful barn. Unfortunately the local pub, The Ivy's kitchens/restaurant were closed and we were only able to visit for drinks which are a little on the pricey side. We later found out that the pub is up for sale. Middle Farm Barn was as we remembered and the owners were there if we needed them but not intrusive. The only thing that could do with an upgrade is the mattress on the bed which does not fit the bed frame and is quite soft and the pillows which are extremely soft. There are lovely walks straight from the door, although the weather was not very good and the dog loved the field and orchard opposite. We will definitely be back.

This is the first time we have stayed in the Barn, but our second visit, our first stay was in the smaller Cottage. The Barn could not have been better there was nothing we could fault. A beautiful setting we could not have asked for more. The Barn was well equipped with everything you would need. Only downside is there is no corner shop for any essentials e.g. milk bread etc but Evesham is a few miles away that has your supermarkets. A beautiful paved garden with a pond which Bryan our Pomapoo decided to jump in when we arrived he wasn't expecting it to be as deep I think he thought he could go for a paddle ( for a bigger dog the pond would be OK) as it was needless to say he didn't do it again !! Bryan loved the orchard across the lane where he played with his football but a walk around the village was idyllic which is about a mile and you will come across the Tighe Barn as well. Yes you do need a car to get about Bourton on the Water is a must to visit along with Broadway and Chipping Camden but if you just want to chill and relax there are lots of walking trails. A fabulous place to stay I would highly recommend Middle Farm Barn

A lovely quiet and relaxing place to stay. Fortunately we had good weather which was an added bonus. The barn itself has everything you need for self catering and the pretty little garden is a joy to sit in. We plan to return again. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Really lovely experience, thanks to the welcome, hospitality and care of the owners. Highly, highly recommend this to anyone wanting a place to relax, be restored and unwind. It is a good place to use as a base to do the Cotswold touristy thing!

We had a lovely week in the barn - it is spotlessly clean and very quiet and peaceful - well equipped with all you need - comfy bed. Bottle of wine, milk and flowers left by the kind owners who also allow you to use the paddock and orchard across the road which our little dog enjoyed. There is a lovely private garden attached to the barn and a very nice pub just around the corner.

This cottage is excellent, well equipped, in a lovely quiet village, it was a brilliant holiday, fantastic for us and the dogs, highly recommended.

The barn was a home from home, it was well equipped and comfortable. The local restaurant, The Ivy, is just 400 metres from the barn, but check opening times as it is not open every day. We had a lovely meal there. The barn is ideal for a private holiday away from the buzz of urban living, but it means using your car every day for visits around the area. We appreciated the welcome touches such as milk, tea, coffee and wine.

Perfect accommodation for us and our dog with access to a secure orchard and meadow. Our hosts were friendly, accommodating but not intrusive. The village pub is now fully established and offers good food and hospitality (including allowing dogs). The area offers good access to the many and varied aspects of the Cotswolds, Malvern Hills etc. We have already booked again for next year !

We had a really lovely time staying in this delightful cottage. The hosts, Judy and her husband were exceptionally kind and helpful. It was extremely nice to find a vase of fresh flowers and wine on our arrival, great start to the holiday after long journey. The small garden area with small table and chairs, pond and lots of flowers in tubs and foliage was an oasis of calm. The rooms were exceptionally clean with small touches added to make it very nice to live in. Plentiful kitchen equipment all in good order including washing machine and dishwasher. The downstairs bathroom was also simply good, large bath with shower overhead. Also adjoining the bedroom which had a minstrels gallery, a room of good size with toilet and vanity washbasin and lots of lovely small touches here too. We would definitely come back given the opportunity and would also want to mention here that the cottage is situated in a good location for any part of the Cotswolds, and even the Malvern Hills. Plenty to see and do in wonderful countryside. I hope that you will give the owners a pat on the back which is greatly deserved.

An excellent find in a small, attractive village about 4 miles from Evesham. Perfect for the solo guest, or a couple. Even though a pet is permitted in the kitchen and lounge, the property was spotlessly clean and fresh smelling, with not a single pet hair in sight. It was beautifully furnished with attractive decor and had a very homely, relaxing feel to it. The bed, small settee and swivel armchair were all supremely comfortable. The small dining table was ideal for both eating meals and for working on one's laptop or writing letters and postcards. The little garden is enclosed with a high fence so is dog-proof, though owners of some breeds might find their dog very tempted to paddle in the lovely wildlife pond (or swim if quite small). Good for bird-watching. The property is very private and not overlooked at all. Equipped with everything you need to cook or enjoy your holiday, including towels, tea towels, a nice selection of books, colour TV, DVDs and board games, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a bath with shower over, downstairs - accessed via the little porch, and a toilet and washbasin upstairs in the corner of the mezanine bedroom. The hosts were most welcoming and friendly. The Ivy Inn is the only facility in the village, but is an excellent country inn, which serves very good, freshly cooked food. There are lots of walks in the area, several from the former farm (no longer working), and there is a paddock with pond across the lane from the property which guests are allowed to use. I have already booked a return visit in early winter!

Lovely, well equipped property with a 'dog proof' garden and access to a paddock and orchard. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The local pub serves nice food and has a welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend this property.
