Roe deer are regularly seen from the windows and a walk across the golf course leads down to the sweeping sandy bay of Brora, where dolphins are spotted close to shore and resident seals bask on the sands. Golfing enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice, with the renowned James Braid designed golf course of Brora only 10 minutes away, and numerous other courses including the world famous Royal Dornoch Golf Club just a short drive away. Dunrobin Castle, seat of the Dukes of Sutherland, is just 10 minutes’ drive and there are numerous other places of interest all within easy reach.
