Well positioned on the North Norfolk coast for an extended family holiday. Good size for nine of us. Lovely Welcome Pack. Hot tub brilliant! Excellent range of kitchen equipment. Cottage comfortable. We had a small problem with the lock on a bathroom door, but this was speedily resolved by the local host on behalf of the owner.

Fantastic cottage with excellent facilities for the whole family especially catering for children. Stunning location close to the beautiful seaside town of Wells-Next-The-Sea. We would definitely recommend the cottage to families looking for a holiday or short break in North Norfolk.

3 generations stayed at mole cottage and we all had a very comfortable stay. The cottage had a downstairs annexe which suited the less mobile guests, with a small shower room next to the downstairs bedroom. I wouldn't say it was wheelchair accessible, due to narrow corridors and small steps into the property but certainly suited our requirements. The cottage was clean but looked a little tired in places. Beds were very comfortable but a little bit squeaky and wobbly. The kitchen is very well equipped and the welcome pack provided was very nice. We enjoyed a quick dip in the hot tub which came with clear instructions and was clean. Although it says it is dog friendly we didn't feel the dog was completely welcome, as there were rooms we had to shut him out of and he wasn't allowed on the furniture, we did stick to the rules but it wasn't easy as the dog is used to being part of the family and is usually welcomed everywhere at home. Overall we would go back to Mole Cottage as we loved the village, the location and it suited our requirements for a short stay.

7 adults 2 babies , 1 dog, and plenty of room for everyone. Downstairs toilet , I am disabled and the annexe was brilliant for me complete with walk in shower . The hot tub got used plenty. It is truly a lovely village with a local shop and pub. The welcome pack was very well received. I think we will definitely be returning sometime soon. Highly recommend for group holiday .

The cottage is good but a bit tired the beds and furniture need updating and it needs a deep clean. Great hot tub and location nice owner and good WiFi and tv etc. It needs some tlc to be great. Good location to the Norfolk coastline. Some small changes would make a difference be advised the images online are out of date.

Very good quality accommodation 6 minutes from Wells next the Sea, hot tub is excellent after a day walking with the dogs and large garden for keeping the 4 legged friends happy.

A lovely location in a beautiful part of Norfolk. We have been meeting every year for 22 years and found Mole Cottage easily meets all our criteria. The house is perfect for our needs... Lovely hot tub with spacious accommodation and good pub and shop within walking distance. We took the local bus for the first time and explored the area. Fabulous even in February !! Olde world charm with generous comfort. We are booked again for 2020.

Probably the best weekend away our group have ever had due to the property, location and lovely winter weather.

Loved the cottage and the area. Great for coastal walks, pubs, historic houses, seal trips. Really quaint village shop with fab coffee (100m) and pub (200m). Good in house entertainment with Piano, DVD's, Amazon Prime and Alexa not to mention the 5 person hot tub. Will definitely be back.

What a wonderful cottage! Everything a family needs! The attention to detail is second to none! Brilliant location with beautiful surroundings perfect for a winters walk! The log burner on a cold winters night and the hot tub looking out at the stars was just breathtaking! Thank you for making our stay perfect! Looking forward to coming back again! :-)

Lovely house in a lovely village.

Great cottage for a weekend break, we had a girls weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mole Cottage. It’s a great distance from Wells, for a visit to the beach but there is also some bits to do in Stiffkey-we went for a walk along the public bridleway and a stop at the local shop and pub before heading back to the cottage. Mole Cottage is well stocked in the Kitchen, with everything you need - including a welcome pack provided by the owner! There is also a pack of cards and plenty of dvds to choose from, not to mention the hot tub! Definitely a great stay, with plenty of room - we would definitely come back to Mole Cottage!

The cottage is set in a lovely and very quiet village. The children enjoyed use of the hot tub at the cottage. Definitely recommend visiting some of the places nearby such as Cromer, Holt and Blakeney.
