A really nice house - as good for a couple as for a larger party. It is situated on a modern well established estate on the outskirts of Stanley. The garden is fully and safely enclosed with artificial grass. The photographs and description of the house that you are shown give an accurate impression . There are so many places to visit - such as the wonderful open air museum at Beamish, which is three minutes away, the incredible Hadrian's Wall sites, castles and, of course, the coast!
The house is brilliant for families, was spotless and had everything we needed. I would recommend it to any one who wants to visit the North East.

The house was nice but the location wasn't ideal. Good base for the area but would prefer more rural.
