Situated in the village of Talsarn, Nant Aeron has been renovated to a high standard and is perfect for those looking for a peaceful, scenic and romantic getaway, or to simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Aeron Valley. The Dylan Thomas Trail passes through the village and guests can enjoy walking or cycling along this trail towards the coast.
There are numerous shops, restaurants, pubs & cafés to be found nearby in Aberaeron, New Quay, Aberystwyth or Lampeter, as well as individual dining venues to be found nestled in the countryside, or along the beautiful Ceredigion coastline.
The property consists of open plan living space with a Smart TV and sofa bed in the living area. It has dining table & chairs, kitchen with electric hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and microwave grill/mini oven. There is a shower room on the ground floor with walk-in cubicle, low-flush toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail. The first floor mezzanine is accessed via a fixed ladder with handrails. The sleeping area is a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed.
To the front of the property is an enclosed patio area with seating and private hot tub. To the side of the Annex, there is sheltered space to store bikes etc. Unsuitable for children. Please be aware the property is rural and close to working farms.
