    We had a great time and the cottage is ideally located for Louth, the Wolds and easy access to the coast. The host was great and showed us round on arrival. The accommodation was well equipped and had everything we needed. The only real downside was the abundance of cobwebs and spiders and general cleanliness. Whilst it didnt spoil our holiday a good clean would have helped.

    the location of this charming cottage is lovely and we enjoyed Louth very much.The cottage is also lovely but so cluttered and dusty,the kitchen cupboards are so full of stuff its impossible to find the equipment you need. The bathroom is tired and really needs a bit of modernisation,beds were clean,bathroom clean.The owner was very helpful and her input helped us get more out of the town and surrounding area.If the above things are addressed we would stay again.

    would have been all tens if it had been a log burner instead of open wood fire. It takes a lot of wood to get any heat out of it. definitely book it again if I was in that area.

    Better instructions needed on operating the boiler. It kept us awake the first night until we found an off switch in the morning. Time clock apparently not working.
