Great time had by all in this spacious former post office. Plenty of utensils in both kitchens and room enough to eat and socialise in comfort. Second sitting room ideal for teenagers who might want to get away from the ‘grown ups’!

The Old Post Office is situated in a great spot for walkers especially for those with dogs. It may be a good idea to provide some kind of boot storage situated outside of the house and somewhere to hang wet coats etc but otherwise a great spot.

I believe that the owner makes a lot of effort but this place needs a complete overhaul. The carpets smell, it would be better to remove them.

Suited our needs with 2 seperate areas but Old Post Office is far too cluttered giving insufficient space especially in the kitchen area to store own produce etc (really 3 cupboards taken up with old cleaning products). The potential for this property is great and Kent and Sussex easily visited.

We had A beautiful week. The house is very big and good for 2 families. Everything you need is there. There were A few things to improve. The bedrooms downstairs are very humid. The downstairs toilet need a new Seat that is Well secured.

Very spacious property which was fairly well equipped. Garden was overgrown and required attention (The photos on the website do not match the actual current state). The cottage was well located for the area but would benefit from a little bit of TLC. New carpets downstairs,a deep clean of the kitchen is needed. The dishwasher smelled badly of cooking fat and a lot of the cupboards were cluttered with unused and old cleaning items, clearing these would definitely help. Lovely warm welcome and help was on hand when one of the upstairs windows would not close and Chris (The owner) arranged for a neighbour to assist. We didnt really like the hustle and bustle of the area as we personally found it too close to London for us and had to use the dreaded M25 for most trips but even if we did go back to the area would probably look for different accommodation due to the comments above.

i have stopped here 5 years ago, this house as a great layout ideal for larger family of 2 families, i really dont want to knock it i think the owner does make an effort, you will find house as everything you need and more and more again, its a holiday home and needs a serious de clutter starting with kitchen, its hard to find places for your own things, the downstairs double bedroom wall is damp, outside build up of soil, leafs against wall, outside garden is massive, could be so much more, but again tatty, 2 things dont let this review put anybody off and owner to remove excess clutter
