Old Sea Captains is an elegant mid terrace property offering comfortable accommodation with the charm you would expect from a property built in 1840. The open fire in the living room creates a wonderful ambience, a real cosy atmosphere, especially in the colder months beside the sea. To the rear of the property you have a wonderful garden which is bursting with life and colour all year round. This is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine after a long day exploring. If you see the sparrows then feed them if you wish, they’re always hungry and call parts of the garden home!
The town of Littlehampton, which lies on the eastern bank of the mouth of the River Arun, is a popular seaside resort offering a glorious mile-long beach comprised of sand and shingle. Along the beach and seafront there are activities for all ages to enjoy both night and day. There is a promenade, amusements, theme park and well maintained seafront gardens and even the UK’s longest bench. The bench seats over 300 people along Littlehampton’s promenade, overlooking the town’s award-winning Blue Flag beach. The property is also located a short distance from the train station, having a great link into Brighton, which takes under an hour. Brighton will make for a great day out and really has something for everyone. Beach ¾ mile. Shop 250 yds, pub and restaurant 170 yds.
