No smoking.\n This traditional detached stone cottage enjoys a truly spectacular setting perched right on the edge of the rocks with the waves of Lochcarron lapping beneath. Otters and seals can be seen regularly from the large picture windows. Uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains and over the sea to Skye serve as a stunning backdrop. This exceptional property is set in its own pretty garden leading straight down to the rocks and shingle beach. The area is renowned for its wildlife superb scenery and unspoilt coastline. Take a trip across Britains highest road pass 2053 ft to visit the beautiful village of Applecross Sheildaig and the spectacular Torridon Mountains. Sea-fish from the rocks adjoining the cottage explore the tucked-away coves and beaches and enjoy the amazing sunsets across the bay. Conveniently situated for touring the Isle of Skye with its majestic Cuillins castles and stunning beaches.     Great location for the relaxing time we were looking for, owners kept us informed of the road closure due on our departure weekend. When contacting them re keys lovely and friendly, would recommend to others, especially if they like fishing and have a dog. Spoke to game keeper and locals - so friendly and informative about the area. Shop is ok in loch carron - what you would expect in a wee highland village. Great holiday and spotlessly clean - comfy beds too - thank you - Drew & Fiona
