Excellent cottage, lovely welcome basket for us, but also for the dog. This is probably the nicest cottage we have stayed in, the saying home from home could not be more true. There was everything you could possibly need to have a great holiday. We did struggle to park in the allocated spot, it was too tight for our car(we have a 4x4) so we just parked across the road beside the church. Unlike some holiday cottages, the equipment was good quality, the furnishings and bedding really nice.

A great little cottage in the perfect location. Walking distance into Pickering 25mins. The welcome pack received was a great touch, so were the doggy treats and the blankets. Felt so much at home. Plenty to do in the local area with places to eat all around. The pub opposite served great food. The cottage has everything you need for that perfect week away. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could imagine. From getting the key we loved our holiday and will definitely be back with our little pooch

One of the best cottages we have stayed in. Catherine has thought of, and supplied, absolutely everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

A very comfortable cottage for two, it had everything we needed. It is well placed for any part of the North York Moors and the adjoining towns.

Fantastic dog friendly , well equipped little cottage for two people.

I’ve stayed in lots of cottages however this was the first one that genuinely felt like home lots of attention to detail and a really nice feel to the place with lots of lovely dog friendly places to visit and eat at nearby, we had a splendid meal at the fox and hounds Sinnington and the seaside is a nice drive o er the moors away. To be honest we originally wanted to stay in Helmsley but there was no availability however Pickering itself was a nice surprise and myself, my partner and Bella the Shih Tzu all agreed we would definitely return to pan cottage and Pickering again given the chance
