Alnwick Castle is only 11 miles away, and you can spend a day exploring the lovely town, castle and enchanting gardens. The golden sweeping sands of Alnmouth are only 12 miles away, where you can follow the Northumberland Heritage Coastline, taking in the spectacular unspoilt scenery. Peartree Cottage really is in an ideal location for exploring Hadrian’s Wall, the Northumberland National Park and the beautiful Northumberland Heritage Coast. Beach 12 miles.
