A cosy and comfortable cottage in a great location. Some furniture and fittings were a little tired. though none of these were an issue or would dissuade us to return and overall we had an excellent stay. We also understand that the cottage is a 'work in progress' and the owners plan to update areas in the near future, e.g. kitchen units.

Could be a real gem.

Disappointed in lack of storage in twin bed bedroom and very small wash basin in that room.
There was a nice friendly welcome from the owner and a bottle of wine and chocolates.

Whilst decorated nicely the cottage is in need of a deep clean - dead flies, cobwebs and a freezer badly frosted up on arrival. Loose floorboards in twin bedroom still a problem despite having been noted, some time back, in the visitor book. A shower above the bath would be a good addition.
