Wow! Fantastic lodge, spotlessly clean, superbly equipped, very spacious and set in a quiet location. Pictures don’t do it justice, and the beds were SO comfortable. The owner left a welcome pack containing home made and local produce as an added bonus.

the owner very nice and a very warm welcome and said any thing we needed she would see what she can do .with a welcome box of eggs / jam & marmalade . with warm bread as well . filtered coffee was also in the box.the cottage is very warm with a log fire (central heating as well if you are cold ).it had every thing we needed for our stay. we had a fox cub come by and a stout ( also other birds and rabbit). it is near Hawick for supermarkets for shopping .nice town to walk around and have coffee or a bite to eat. so would love to go again (thanks to the owners for a great stay ).

We had the most amazing holiday with our 2 children and will definitely be back next year. Pegasus lodge is the best and most comfortable lodge we have stayed in and we couldn’t fault it, Ali had thought of everything including easter treats for the kids. Loads to do in the local area and we were also lucky to have some lovely weather. All in all a great time!!

We loved everything about this lodge. It was quiet, well appointed, well maintained, secluded, clean, warm, luxurious, and Ali the owner went out of her way to made us feel right at home. The lodge included enough wood and kindling for the week, something many cottages fail on. The welcome pack of local eggs and homemade bread, chocolate and jam was the cherry on the cake. We felt stupid when we managed to lock ourselves out on the first night and had to disturb Ali for a spare key, but even this was no bother. Can't recommend this one highly enough and would definitely book again. Thanks again for a great week, Ali.

My wife and I had a fantastic chill out week at the lodge. The photos do not do it justice and it was much larger than we first thought. Fantastic king size bed and the best showers we have come across in the years staying at various cottages. Great walks from the door with plenty of wildlife to see. The owners do not intrude and respect your privacy. Can't wait to go back.
