Lovely cottage, plenty of room, beautiful views of the Welsh mountains from the conservatory whilst you enjoy a meal. The Kitchen has every implement you could ever wish for and so meal prep was easy. The weather decided to blow all week long with what seemed more than its fair share of rain for the time of year. The area is lovely, although the local facilities and amenities could have been better. - All in all a lovely holiday, spoilt by the weather.

Lovely village and enjoyed this well equipped house.

Amazing place and was over and above our expectations. It helped to create some fantastic childhood experiences for our grandchildren. Truly wonderful.

Cant fault the cottage it was great

The cottage was very homely with everything you need, beds comfy but sofas in the lounge need updating. Fantastic conservatory and good size fully enclosed back garden which was safe for our small dogs. Great location for a relaxing holiday

Bungalow was everything we wanted...however, I have mobility problems and found it difficult to get on the beach...Barmouth was better, but again, I couldn’t use my scooter as the pavements were narrow. We had our shopping delivered, but the village stores were more than adequate! Use the local stores! We tried the Indian takeaway, food was nice but expensive...all in all we had a lovely holiday...would recommend.

We had a fabulous week of sunny weather in a beautiful cottage with a fantastic conservatory. We were warm and cosy and the dog soon get into having so much room to move and the safe garden.

A well equipped and spacious cottage, which is dog friendly. Ideally situated with the beach a few yards away.

Perfect holiday home for our large family and lively dogs. Enclosed garden meant we could relax without fear if them wandering off. Living space was excellent giving us a spacious conservatory as well as living room and large dining room. Would have been nice to have had a dishwasher, other than that the kitchen was very well equiped.

It was a lovely stay , very relaxing and most of the time very quiet . We loved the little throw backs to the seventies when things were made to last . Double bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in . Fantastic safe walks close by for dogs ,great wild life . Easy to find ,good directions also good info in the cottage . We did a lot of touring around little lanes and were lucky with sun all week . We loved the mooing fridge ! would love to go back .

Roomy cottage for 4 adults, a child, an infant and 3 small pooches!! Never felt crowded as kitchen and dining area were very roomy and as there were 3 bathrooms you never had to queue! Only downside I would say about the cottage is the living room. No comfy chairs so after much walking throughout the day you wanted to sit down and relax but this wasn’t possible with tub chairs and the dodgy sofa! There was lots of room in the conservatory but again no comfy chairs! Cottage has everything you could ask for with regards to facilities. Lots of kitchen stuff and stuff for babies such a sterilisers, high chair and travel cot (no mattress or bedding) everything you could need. Lots of books, films, cd’s, jigsaws and games for rainy days which was a nice touch. It was a little dated but that wasn’t a problem for us. Fairbourne is a little run down like many British beach resorts but it was a good base to explore the local areas and the beach across the road is beautiful. You do have to navigate your way down over many stones but well worth it and I’m already missing it! Definitely worth looking up this cottage if you’re looking for a clean, well kitted out house that caters for small groups at a really reasonable price!

Lovely weather for the time if year, very convenient for trains. Stunning quiet beach on the doorstep.

Great location and a comfortable property. Local amenities are very good. A superb beach but could be difficult to access for some.
