Lovely location. Perfect for a big family get together. However in the Kitchen the worktops were clean but inside the cupboards we found were dirty and in chaos, pans and baking sheets dirty. We also found the 2 ovens not efficient enough for 14 of us. It was great to have 3 showers however when 1 was in use and for example the dishwasher or other taps were on the shower turns scalding hot then freezing cold, not good especially as we had 6 children under 10. Also under the beds we could see that they hadn’t been cleaned finding books and dust.

Beautiful rural location. You can only hear the cows and the sheep. Lovely view of the mountains when it isn't raining. Children enjoyed walks from the farmhouse. Plenty to do in the Llandudno area.

Very isolated. However beautiful outlook. Could do with some upgrading, for example in general maintenance. Very well equipped. Excellent utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer

There was a party of 10 of us who stayed at Pennant Farm over the New Year , the house was perfect for us with stunning views of Snowdon. It's a typical farmhouse with a large aga in the kitchen which was a pleasure to cook on .

Very much off the beaten track with a perfect view of the mountains. The garden is a good size for games. Aga in the kitchen was great for slow cooking while we were out with the added bonus of keeping the place warm

Had a great week in this cottage. Absolutely everything you need is provided. No Wi-Fi but that was a blessing as we made our own entertainment which was much more fun.
