Y Llaethdy is located on the edge of the seaside village of Llwyngwril, sat in 4.5 acres on the owners land in the Snowdonia National Park, with just a 10-minute stroll down to beach. This semi-detached cottage offers a kitchen/dining room, a conservatory with dining area and stunning view, and a small bunk room on the ground floor. On the first floor the master bedroom includes the living area with sofa and TV.
There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas to keep everyone entertained. A perfect place for walkers and cyclists as the coastal path is within easy access. Mountain bikers can enjoy the Coed Y Brenin as well as the Mawddach trail and for those wanting water sports and horse riding this is also available locally. The local railway station offers lovely train journeys through the superb scenery of Cardigan Bay to the harbour towns of Barmouth and Aberdyfi, and offer a wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants. Excellent walking, cycling, riding, golfing and bird watching are enjoyed locally. Beach 1 mile.
