First floor 3 bedrooms 1 double 5ft with additional single and en-suite shower room with toilet. 2 twin both with additional single. Bathroom with toilet. Beams and wooden floor throughout first floor. \n Oil CH elec bed linen and towels inc. Tcot. Hchair. DVD. CD. Range cooker. Mwave. Wmachine. Tdryer. Dwasher. Freezer. Wi-fi. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. BBQ. Bike store. Ample parking. No smoking. NB Unfenced river 40 yards from the property.\n This super detached home has been created from a 150 year old former barn more recently used for restoring pianos with this interesting craftsman still at work occasionally in a workshop in the grounds. With beamed and vaulted ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms it has been very well furnished and equipped and there is a hot tub available on arrangement with the owner at cost. Situated in the quiet village of Newborough with the village beck running through the grounds and a pub serving meals just a short walk away this is a perfect base to either relax or explore the surrounding area. There are several golf courses nearby and plenty of walking and cycling for all abilities. The National Forest Alton Towers Drayton Manor Park Conkers and the nearby maize maze in summer are just a few of the many things to do in the area. Can be booked with W40522 to sleep 28.     We had a wonderful weekend in Piano barn. The place was warm (even too warm downstairs in the kitchen), spotless and there was plenty of room for all 14 of us ranging in age from 1-66 years!
