Accommodation was good, clean and warm. The kitchen and bathroom were adequate, but could benefit from a little updating. It was our fault that we chose somewhere that didn't have a shop in walking distance for the morning paper. The owners were friendly and the dog walk excellent.

Bedroom too small, mattress on bed poor quality, bought a mattress topper but still very uncomfortable needs replacing. Settee very uncomfortable, needs replacing. Bathroom too small, nowhere to put soap etc. in shower. Flagstones dangerously uneven. Bedroom next to caravan toilets, showers, sinks etc. very noisy early morning and late at night. Good central heating, fast wifi, nice welcome pack, owner very pleasant.

This cottage was clean and comfortable with all the look and feel of a well run and cared for property. This was a break with my 12 year old son and our dog, the use of the owner's woods for short walks early morning and late evening was an added bonus. All amenities are close, the beaches and places of interest are only minutes away. I will be making every effort to return next season and thank the owners for their warm and friendly welcome.

First class cottage with enclosed garden for the dog. The dog liked the open type gate which she sat for hours watching the world go by. Own woodland for short dog walks but also footpaths and farm land for longer walks. Great Location for North and Mid Norfolk with some first class beaches. Also tea , milk and cake to welcome you. The owners were also dog friendly and nice people to chat to. Very clean welcoming cottage. Would have to look very hard to fault this cottage.
