An ideal base for walking and nature enthusiasts, there is a plethora of footpaths on your doorstep ready to be explored. The area is teaming with local wildlife, with buzzards and kites soaring high above in the clear blue skies, and foxes and rabbits a plenty.

Within easy reach are some of the beaches of north and south Pembrokeshire, such as Pendine Sands, Amroth and Tenby, while a little further away are the breathtaking Freshwater East and Newgale. Historical sites nearby include castles such as Llansteffan and Dinefwr. Laugharne, home to the famous Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, is a short drive away, as are major garden attractions at Aberglasney and the National Botanic Gardens of Wales. Within 20 minutes you will find Oakwood Theme Park and Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo. Beach 12 miles. Shop and restaurant 5 miles, pub 2½ miles.
