Nestled on the shore of Loch Awe in a secluded location, this stunning lodge has undergone an extensive refit in 2019, and has wonderful views over the loch. The detached accommodation comprises a reception hall, three good sized bedrooms, a bathroom, a modern kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room with a door leading to a private decked area to the front. There is also a sauna and a further shower room. Outside there is parking and a large elevated decked area with a built-in barbecue.
Loch Awe is a beautiful, peaceful area with a wide range of wildlife and superb fishing. Oban is only a 50-minute drive away, and the beautiful town of Inveraray is only 12 miles away with its superb selection of local shops. Only a 5-minute walk away is a very well regarded hotel offering a wide selection of superb, locally sourced meals and range of local beers and whiskys. A small motor boat can be hired for a day to explore the loch and perhaps do a spot of fishing. Shop 10 miles, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
