Guests arrive to a welcome pack which includes a bottle of wine and fresh eggs laid by the owner’s hen. The cottage is tucked away in the owner’s grounds but remains private, with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. It has been renovated to a very good standard and transformed into a holiday cottage to provide a bright and contemporary living space. Guests will find the open plan living area has a well-equipped kitchen with a range cooker and good quality appliances which are perfect for practising your cooking skills. The living area has a cosy wood burner where you can curl up and relax on cooler evenings and French doors leading onto the south-facing patio with uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside and Ben Vorlich, where you can enjoy al fresco dining or watch the stars at night. There are two bedrooms: a charming double bedroom, which has a glazed door leading onto the patio, and a further bedroom with a bunk bed suitable for adults or children, as well as a family bathroom. Lovely cottage in a pretty setting equipped with everything one would need on a holiday. Very cosy and clean and well laid out. Close to one good restaurant although we could not get a table there as it was fully booked, and close to a lot of lovely walks, although most between half to an hour drive away.

Lovely cottage, really comfortable with exceptional kitchen facilities for all wannabee chefs. Very scenic, quiet location allowing for quality R&R time. Whilst the garden is not enclosed, our dog spend many hours watching sheep/lambs and horses in the next field and local wildlife (including deer).
