    Well placed & nicely appointed flat. The one thing that could have been improved was the shower. The water pressure seemed very low

    Difficult to find instructions not clear or accurate stated it was second floor but in fact it was third floor taking in account shops below and 31 steps to reach door. Shower if it could be called that was a joke and to have even a shallow bath would be time consuming due to lack of water pressure. Windamere was lovely but apartment not suitable for anyone with mobility issues

    Wonderful little flat, everything you need. Location is great for shops and restaurants and very short walk to the lake. Not ideal if stairs are an issue. Had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay again.

    Love this apartment, the only complaint is no WiFi. Nowadays it's normal to still have to communicate even on holiday. In business it's normal even on holiday to spent the first 15 mins clearing out outstanding issues before you go on to enjoy your day. TV reception is also bad with few channels. WiFI could change all that as well. With that said I still love the place and will be back.

    Love the apartment and its location. Only real complaint is no WI. Fi. and not very good TV channel choice. Wi Fi could change that and it would have been a 10. Although on holiday needed to stay in touch business wise on the net, so have no choice but to buy extra mobile data which is not as good as Landline connection.
