Nice and cosy little cottage, good pub just across the road. Ideally situated for Whitby and Robin Hoods bay. Private with your own parking space.

Lovely comfortable cottage with great amenities and a lot of the things you could need. Nice location in a quiet village across the pub - which we’d recommend. Off-road parking and quiet. We had a lovely short break with our 2 young children.

Lovely cottage in a pretty village, the cottage is very well maintained and in a good location for visiting nearby towns. The owner was very helpful and friendly and has good knowledge of the area. The only minor niggle was that there was no gate to the garden, therefore our dog couldn't roam freely without supervision. other than that the cottage is an absolute delight. The village pub is literally a stones throw across the road and serves lovely reasonably priced meals. Overall we would definitely recommend.

Nice cottage in a quiet little village ( across the road from the village pub ) we found it had everything we needed, having sinks in the bedrooms made the morning bathroom rush a lot easier too.

Rose Cottage 1 is lovely comfortable well equipped and only a few minute's drive from Whitby (you probably need a car as no bus service and nearest station 10 mins walk - but only 5 trains a day) where you will find supermarkets , restaurants and other attractions. Sneaton is very quiet (most of the village is on a no through road) and you will wake up to birds singing, the pub is directly opposite the cottage but only opens evenings and for Sunday lunch and does not cause any disturbance to the charm of the cottage.
