    Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.

    First Floor:
    Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
    Bedroom 2: With double bed.
    Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
    Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

    Second Floor:
    Bedroom 4: With kingsize bed.

    Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and stairgate available on request.

    Small enclosed courtyard with patio and garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking. Please note: There is 1 step in the courtyard.

    This comfortable holiday home is perfectly located if you are wishing to visit the lakes and all of its outer areas. This detached cottage is nestled in the village of Lindale, which is a very peaceful location that allows guests to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Situated just 6 miles away is Lake Windermere, which is great for a quiet morning stroll with your nearest and dearest. Spend a day at Grange-over-Sands, where you can walk along the quiet promenade, browse the local shops and cafés, or spot the wildlife whilst relaxing in the ornamental gardens. Alternatively, you can visit Cartmel Races which is only a short drive away.
    After a busy day of adventure, guests are welcomed to sit back and relax with a glass of wine and watch the sun set on your perfect day. Or, on a cold winters night, you can throw a log on the multi-fuel burner and snuggle up with your family or friends around, truly immersing in this spectacular location. Beach 2 miles. Shop 100 yards, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

    Rose Cottage was just perfect. It had everything we needed and much more. It was so homely and just left like we were back home. It had the shop just next door and the pub up the road. Great place to start the holiday with a great location to the lakes and the coast. I would love to stay here again. Thank you so much.

    Excellent cottage, great location to explore the Lakes. The cottage was well furnished and had everything we needed. No complaints at all, would recommend!
