2nd time at Rose as last time it snowed so didn't get to appreciate the area. V good location for long beach walks. Grt pub across road. Clean tidy cottage. We had a power cut whilst there and the main issue was not been able to contact the right people as details wrong on notice board.

Lovely place, great location. Ideally situated to visit the stunning coast. Only slight problems were the time it took for hot water to come through the taps ( sometimes several minutes) and the lack of individual designated parking meaning that when all the cottages were full ( some with two cars) we needed to park away from the cottage some distance around the corner.

Really lovely cottage, had everything we needed in kitchen to make stay easier. Very comfortable beds, good shower and heating. Our only criticism is the settee, it has definitely seen better days. It has no support left in it on any of the seats, my elderly mum was unable to sit on it at all as couldn’t get back up from it. Aside from the settee, had a very enjoyable week ,, will definitely be returning to this beautiful part of the country.

Disappointed how dark the cottage was and smallish double bedroom. Beadnell a very nice place to stay though.

We had a superb week despite the weather being mixed. It is in a great location particularly as it is a 2 minute stroll to a superb pub Craster Arms which serves good ales and excellent food. Accomodation is comfortable but in need of updating(it's potential could be enormous) The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. We were surprised to find only 1 toilet roll for the week and our kettle didn't work but the owners resolved the kettle problem quickly ( Something the cleaner should have noticed!) It took us a number of phone calls to get WiFi contact. Why not just leave it with the info brochures. We did write it on them so the next people had it. This was mentioned in previous reviews. Although this sounds negative, it is the little things that make a difference but it did not spoil a lovely week in a fabulous County.
