A comfortable retreat in a central position. Within easy walking distance of all the local attractions. Just be aware of the steep and narrow road to the cottage.

We found this by accident, the owners coming in late to rescue what was a special break for us, after originally being booked else where. It a lovely cottage, very clean, with a comfortable old feel to it. Great amenities near by, many places to drink and eat, all within walking distance, and a cute garden with fantastic views over the Severn. We will definitely try and come back here again......longer next time. :-)

a very pleasant stay. cottage generally very good, but the sofa is not the best for relaxing. We were promised a barbeque and a cellar. Dont mind about the cellar but if we knew there wasnt a barbeque we would have bought our own. We ended up having to go and buy one. the location is excellent and very convenient for all the local attractions in Ironbridge. Nearest pub is 2 mins walk. I think a little more space should be created in the front garden to be able to make the most of the view over Ironbridge Gorge. there is plenty of room for a table and chairs out the front if the plants were tamed a little loved watching the buzzards in the day, and the owls and bats at night.

This was a delightful cottage. Set in a street back from the main road, it was very peaceful, with lovely views over the Severn gorge. Very convenient for all the services and attractions of the town and area; we walked everywhere. Cottage was compact, but well equipped and very cosy with the fire. Parking was a bit tight and the road is narrow - go carefully and be prepared to leave your car in the car park by the Museum of the Gorge - but this is only a few minutes walk away. This is a small inconvenience for what was a gorgeous and convenient location and a very characterful property. It was wonderful sitting in the front garden enjoying the view.

Excellent location, with everything you could require in the cottage and the ability to also access the local shops, museums etc easily. One of the best holidays we have had in respect of renting a cottage for a week. If there are any problems the owners are more than willing to assist and help their visitors enjoy a wonderful holiday.
