Lovely well equipped cottage in a great location. Lovely views and close to beach. In the lovely little village of Weybourne. Nice local shop and tea room plus good pub called the Ship. Close to larger town of Sheringham.

Lovely homely cottage with wonderful views from the Conservatory and a short walk to the beach. Although dated inside it adds to the charm of the place. Have booked to stay again already!

I stayed here about 8 years ago and loved the house and the village. It's so peaceful and relaxing, it feels like home from home. The kitchen is very well stocked with crockery, pots, pans, utensils etc. The view from the conservatory is fabulous and we saw muntjac, pheasants, rabbits plus lots of other birds. We bought a pair of binoculars with us which was also useful for watching the tanks from Muckleburgh Collection and the ships going past. The Ship pub is great but gets busy so book for food! One downside is that the double bed downstairs was very noisy and creaked whenever one of us turned over or got up. And the bedrooms could do with some updated furniture, it's very 80s. But apart from that everything was great.

Third visit with friends and dogs and would love to come again. Perfect for walking and relaxing and the pub and the shop in the village are excellent.

This is a great little cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here despite the stormy weather conditions at the time. Although dated, the cottage was warm and cosy (thanks to the log burner) and we had everything we needed - plenty of towels, hot water, extra blankets, loads of kitchen equipment etc, a full log basket, hand soap and dishwasher tablets... even down to jigsaws and games. The beds, though firm, were very comfortable and we all slept well. At breakfast we watched muntjac deer, hare and pheasants grazing in the field right in front of us with a beautiful sea view behind them! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place as long as you know what you are expecting, i.e not a throughly modern interior - it's quirky and charming - although everything was comfortable, clean and well equipped. We will definitely return and hopefully enjoy the cottage in better weather. We didn't find the shared/unfenced grounds a problem as we have been to other similar places with our dogs. We walked down the lane to the steep shingle beach (which was quite an experience in gale force winds) and could have walked for miles in each direction if it hadn't been for the weather. We enjoyed browsing the small shops in Sheringham and fish and chips at Mary Janes and a chocolate dipped ice cream from Windows (both just above the pier) in Cromer - fantastic, even in the British weather!

Fabulous views over fields and sea beyond. Very well equipped kitchen. Good size garden although not secure for dogs and young children. I would book this cottage again.

We enjoyed another stat in Skylark. It’s a comfortable clean warm cottage. A ideal place from which to enjoy the coast and countryside.

Plenty of space beautiful property clean and well maintained we had two minor problems but these were sorted straight away. Great for dogs the beach is stoney but walk along the cliff tops on the grass paths the dogs loved it. Would definitely go again

We had the most lovely long weekend at the cottage. We found the accommodation clean, warm, amazingly provided for, everything had been thought of, down to matches, wood for the fire, dishwasher tablets, all things you don't think of when packing!! A nice fire had been lit for us by the caretaker, who popped by to make sure all was good. The village was really quieter than I thought, but then again we never really went far as it was all so comfortable and we popped to Cromer and Holt and had a few walks down to the nearby beach. Excellent weekend x

A clean, cosy, slightly quirky cottage in a brilliant location for the shingle beach at Weybourne and the village shop and pub.

We had a really relaxed, comfortable family Christmas break at Sky Lark, clean and bright, Christmas tree and decorations which was a nice touch, Sheila the caretaker/cleaner came round after the first night to make sure everything was okay. Lovely location, quiet and highly recommended, if I were to be critical its getting a little bit dated decor and furnishing wise but everything worked perfectly and we would return without hesitation, lovely place and good value.
