A lovely homely property in a great location for walking and sightseeing. Luxurious it isn't, it's a well equipped and comfortable home from home, really cosy when it's cold outside, and ideal for a small family group and a pet.

We had a great time at this House. The hosts are very thoughtful and there are loads of extras including an extensive welcome package. Loads of space and a good garden area to chill out in. Great location for exploring Lancashire and Yorkshire. Can recommend the lucky rain Chinese takeaway on the main street and the spread eagle at mellor, fabulous food and great quiz on a Wed night.

Nice warm cosy cottage. Well equipped, well surplied with lots of extras ie food and toiletries. Quite location. Helpful and friendly owners, but not intrusive. Easy walk to main supermarkets(morrisons 0.7ml).walk up the road behind the cottage and stunning views.
