Situated in the quiet village of Buxton which offers beautiful surroundings, The Annex is a two bedroom property which is set over one level and has a lawned garden with barbecue. This is a wonderful property in a vibrant location, with so much to do here guests will be keen to return again and again. Situated on the edge of the Broads, the River Bure runs through the village, which has a pub, shop and a fish and chip shop. There are several circular walks from the property along with a single gauge steam railway line which stops at Buxton (en-route between Aylsham and Wroxham). The track alongside the steam railway is an off road cycle path and footpath. The River Bure in this area is a popular wild water swim, canoeing, paddle boarding and an excellent spot for fishermen. Take a walk down to Buxton Mill and visit the watermill dating back to the Domesday Book in 1086. A short drive away is Wroxham, which has a picturesque marina, a variety of shops, Wroxham Barns and you can also hire a day boat and explore the beautiful network of waterways.
Within 20 minutes you can be visiting a number of attractions, including the famous Bittern Line Railway links to Sheringham, Cromer and Norwich. The city of Norwich is within an easy drive and offers a wealth of places to visit, along with excellent shopping, fine restaurants, cafés and good night life. Beach 14 miles.
