Just a stone’s throw from the seafront, Sunnyside Apartments are perfectly situated for a great family holiday by the sea. All three apartments are spacious and welcoming and have been renovated by the present owner to provide very comfortable accommodation.
Bridlington is a very traditional seaside resort with a wonderful large sandy beach, very popular with families. The promenade has won several awards and is home to Bridlington Spa where there’s fantastic international acts all year round. The resort has lots of bars, restaurants and a fantastic leisure centre with climbing walls, splash pool and gymnasium. Just north of Bridlington is Sewerby Head. Catch the land train along the seafront or take a leisurely walk along the clifftops. Sewerby Hall is worth a visit, a beautiful Georgian stately home set in over 60 acres. You can visit the zoo, the house or just enjoy the gardens and grounds.
The RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs is just a few minutes drive away where you can find thousands of migrating seabirds perched on the cliff edges. Enjoy seeing the comical puffins from the viewing platforms. Bridlington is a great base to see the east coast from Flamborough Head to Scarborough and up to Whitby. Beach 100 yards. Shop 200 yards, pub 100 yards and restaurant 50 yards.
