Beautiful coastal walks are also close by. A few minutes stroll will take you to the seafront and the yacht haven where the crescent shaped beach is sand and shingle and from where boatfishing trips can be arranged and ’catch of the day’ can be bought. The town’s flat green bowls club and tennis courts are also only 5 minutes’ walk away. Dubbed ’England’s Madeira’ by the Victorians Ventnor has become an increasingly desirable holiday destination over recent years with all areas of the island being easy accessible by car and public transport.     The Brewhouse is a very comfortable & well equipped house. It is well maintained & felt like a real home from home. It was a bonus having a place to park our car outside & easy to drive around this beautiful island. We would definitely stay at the Brewhouse again.
