1st impression was good. Clean with excellent kitchen and bathroom. Good TV and WiFi signal. Very quiet street. Location is great useful for visiting Durham,Seaham, Newcastle etc. Happy to,recommend.

Excellent comfortable clean cottage. Has everything you could need. We had a slight problem closing one of the windows and the caretaker, Fiona, came really quickly to sort it.
